92 degree, coffee to go at Queen Street
92 degrees is the latest coffee outlet within Glasgow Queen Street Railway Station alongside the existing AllezAllezAllez, Tinderbox and Marks & Spencer, which also has a coffee machine.
You’ll find 92 degrees coffee behind the barriers at the stairs to platforms 8 & 9 beside platform 2.
There is a small amount of baked goods on offer. Today, however, we were only after drinks – matcha latte and a long black, costing £7.20.
Here’s the menu at 92 degrees coffee.
If you are a regular commuter, their monthly deal might be handy.
Drinks sorted for travels.
The matcha latte was green, very green, a good sign, with a strong matcha taste, which I like. The coffee was fine but looked like an Americano when we lifted the lid, i.e. just black with no crema. It tasted like an Americano too, which is also available in small and large sizes, so lacked the stronger coffee hit we were hoping for. Will go back and try it again on our next trip away from Glasgow…
