Review of Dayre App

Food and Drink Glasgow were one of thirty bloggers in the UK chosen to trial this free app for their UK launch to see how the app worked and to find out how easily it fitted into a bloggers life.

We really liked how easy it was to put together a post, be it showing your location, a video, an image or even a sticker to show your mood.

The amount of text that you could type was much better compared to Twitter, a chunk of text as opposed to a snippet of information.

We tested the photos and video aspect and were impressed with the quality contained in the post.

The only drawback was the limited social ability at the moment, share to Twitter and Facebook, but we are sure this will change.

Will it be able to rival Instagram and Tumbler, we’ll have to wait and see. But for now, it’s a great way to keep in touch with friends without schooling through lots of images, a whole story in one post.
