Talonmore Drinks Company has a new look and being the curious sorts we are, we will give this a taste.  Talonmore is a mix of root and plant-based ingredients and can be used to replicate spirit-strength drinks in a multitude of non-alcoholic cocktails.

What are the ingredients in Talonmore?

Ginger Puree, Ginger Juice not from concentrate, Sugar, Prickly Pear Juice, Hawthorn Hyrdolat, Cassia Bark Hydrolat, Assam Black Tea Essence, Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate, Citric Acid, Capsicum Essence, Gum Arabic, Burnt Caramel Sugar Natural Colour.

What does Talonmore taste like?

You certainly can’t miss the ginger here.  Sweet and malty, almost rum-like in taste.

How to use Talonmore?

We tried Talonmore neat, on the rocks, and as a Espresso Martini-style cocktail.  The ginger stands out in all of the drinks, with a lingering warmth.
