Talks, dining experiences and a special science-themed farmers’ market, GastroFest has something for everyone.
Bringing together producers, artisans, scientists and chefs, events will lead you on an odyssey, taking in everything from the neuroscience and psychology of taste perception to slow food and cutting-edge molecular cocktails.
Events include a Mad Hatter’s Tea Party, Feast of the Commonwealth gala dinner, and creative catering wonders Jelly & Gin host an evening of extraordinary dining in Sensation.
