Dogs have been very welcome at Birley Bakery and now, following its opening just two doors down from the bakery, the Birley Chocolate shop has developed a special ice cream for dogs.

Made with yoghurt, peanut butter and banana in bite-sized bone and paw shapes, it is the ultimate treat for dogs to cool down this summer.

The ice cream is available to enjoy on the go through the ice cream hatch, or on site at the shop.

If you want to join your dog, you can, as there is space dedicated to their homemade ice creams and sorbets. The offering includes Lebanese-inspired rose ice cream, Tahitian vanilla ice cream and Sicilian Pistachio ice cream.  A signature of the shop, the Bitter Chocolate ice cream uses a special reserve of bitter chocolate, created specifically for Birley since 1963 and forming the basis of the range of chocolates, which is mixed with cacao beans from the Philippines.

Available to purchase at Birley Chocolate, 24 Cale Street, SW3 3QU or online at  birleybakery.com
