Puking pumpkin Halloween Nachos anyone?

This puking pumpkin will certainly be a centrepiece to any Halloween get together.  It can’t be Halloween without a pumpkin nowadays and this way the pumpkin can be centre stage at your Halloween party.

Ingredients

1 large Pumpkin
1 large packet of Tortilla Chips
200g Cheddar, grated
1 small tub of Salsa
1 small tub of Guacamole
1 small carton of Sour Cream
1 can of refried beans

Method

Cut out a small circle at the bottom of the Pumpkin, big enough to fit your hand in, and scoop out the inside of the pumpkin.

Carve out your design on the pumpkin. Make sure that the mouth is open enough to hold the nachos.

Arrange the tortilla chips on a tray and evenly top with cheese and refried beans.

Place into the oven at 180C until the cheese is just melted.

Position the chips so they they are coming out of the pumpkins mouth.

Pour over salsa,sour cream and guacamole.
