Cheese Bar, 61 Otago St, G12 8PR, Tel: 0141 337 2282

her – Stornaway black pudding with clapshot and apple sauce
him – Homemade fish pie with a nut crumb and served with seasonal vegetables

him – Mixed berry cheesecake with berry compote
her – Ice-cream with Butterscotch topping

Atmosphere is cosy, service is attentive, sadly its the food that lets this place down.

Clapshot was tepid, under seasoned and couldn’t taste any butter or a hint of turnip. Fish Pie was good although the portion wouldve suited a kids menu!

Cheesecake was nice, berry compote was frozen berries chucked on the top (watery)
Butterscotch sauce nice, better ice cream out the Queens Park Cafe
