HARD ROCK CAFE GLASGOW TWO NEW BURGERS AND TWO NEW WRAPS

 

Hard Rock Cafe Glasgow have just announced a  vegetarian menu, with a brand new selection of tasty burgers and wraps.  We are loving the sound of the Black Bean and Quinoa Burger and the  Grilled Vegetable and Halloumi Wrap, we are popping along soon and will let you know what we think!

The menu options will be served with your choice of salad and fries.

Burgers:

The Quinoa Burger – A house made patty of quinoa, red onion, portabellas, eggs, cheddar, pecan, barley, soy sauce and breadcrumbs on a burger bun with hummus, arugula, tomato and grilled red onion. (£11.95)

Black Bean & Quinoa Burger – A house made patty of quinoa, black beans, breadcrumbs, red pepper, red onion, garlic, cumin, cheddar, egg and hot sauce on a toasted bun with arugula, tomato and a tofu lime and garlic cream. (£11.95)

Wraps:

Grilled Vegetable & Halloumi Wrap – Grilled zucchini, eggplant, peppers, mushroom, asparagus, grilled halloumi cheese in a seasoned grilled flour tortilla. (£11.95)

Roasted Squash & Walnut Pesto Wrap – Roasted acorn squash with red onion, spring greens, balsamic glaze and a sriracha walnut pesto in a seasoned grilled flour tortilla. (£11.95)

I am Emma and with my husband Mark write Foodie Explorers, which is a food and travel website.

I am a member of the Guild of Food Writers and British Guild of Travel Writers.

We have a wide range of judging experience covering products, hotels and have judged, for example, for Great Taste Awards and Scottish Baker of the Year.

Along the way Mark gained WSET Level 2 in Wine and I have WSET Level 2 in Spirits as well as picking up an award with The Scotsman Food and Drink Awards.
