All you need for camping
It’s been ages since we’ve been camping and reading this little booklet makes me want to go again. None of this roughing it stuff….well roughing it with class, a bit of wild camping but with an air bed and within driving distance of a decent meal for us!
We’ve camped in lots of sites around the country, however, our favourite place to camp has to be Glen Etive. It’s stunning.
Just look at that view.
Did you hear about the time we camped at New Year in minus 15 ? Beautiful scenery and such fun (looking back) but baltic!
Anyway, back to the guide. The guide gives you tips and pointers on where to go throughout Britain to camp, what to see and what to take.
There are tips on how to buy the perfect tent, to making campsite chilli con carne.
Halfords ‘The Ultimate Camping Guide’ is available to download for free from the Halford website. The guide is designed to give you all the information you need to get started and to remind those of us who are forgetful, what to think about when packing to go.
