Cocktail Recipe: Passion Fruit Fizz

Passion fruit cava champagne cocktail

Put some passion into your drinks

We saw this De Kuyper Passion Fruit liqueur whilst out shopping recently so thought it would be ideal for Valentine’s Day and make a bit of a change from the usual Kir Royale cocktail.

De Kuyper have blended passion fruit, oranges & grapefruit harmoniously together to create a sweet tropical liqueur, perfect for  cocktail making.  As soon as we saw the liqueur we thought – fizz! But it could easily be used as a substitute for Cassis, Chambord, Grenadine or any fruit syrup.

INGREDIENTS
2 ounces passion fruit liqueur
Arestal Cava Brut, chilled

INSTRUCTIONS
Rise and chill flute in freezer.
Once frosted, pour the passion fruit liqueur into the flute (about ⅓ of the flute) and fill with Arestel Cava Brut almost to the rim.
Serve! 🥂Passion fruit cava champagne cocktail
