Located in a busy street full of takeaways (McDonalds etc) is Burger Bar.  We had researched this one online so knew we were in for a treat.  What we didn’t know was how much of a treat.

DSC_2350Excellent friets, delicious moist burger and cooked to order too.  Only downside is the cost, this is not cheap – €27.30 for two burgers and two soft drinks, but it was worth it.

We plumped for Kobe Buger, which was cooked to medium.

and an Angus Burger with cheese and bacon

IMG_0343We’d recommend the garlic dip, gorgeous with the twice cooked chips.

  1. I love the Burger Bar, I visit Amsterdam a few times a year and I always go there, the first time went I ordered the chicken burger and was really disappointed when it was thigh and not breast as sometimes thigh can have funny bits in it but I ate every bite it was delicious. I’m yet to try the 40lb burger challenge though. x
