Courgetti Junction has a grapefruit base, Naked Grouse and Courgette Fino (?!) which is topped with a brut champagne to create a fresher way to drink whisky.

The final cocktail Stark & Truly was a bit weird, tasting like seawater mixed with whisky! But the funnest part of the night was a blindfolded sensory experience with aromas and tastes – what do they remind you of? What memories do they evoke?

Glasgow Cocktail Weekend will also be taking over four different venues each day with DJs who sell out internationally, including a unique collaboration at Tontine Lane pop-up for the Merchant City, with llyus & Barrientos playing the Hidden Lane on Friday evening.

Maybe see you there? Cheers! 🍸
