Old Mill Inn, Mill Lane, Pitlochry

old Mill PitlochryWe popped into the Old Mill Inn in Pitlochry as we were wandering about nearby and it looked a bit different from when we last were up.   Last time we just popped our head in and the smell of chips, stale beer and bleach overwhelmed us.  It’s amazing what new owners can make to a place.  Refurbished bar which smelled of, well a building.  We couldn’t smell any of the food and the bar was full.

Good selection of beer, a house lager, Tennents, Belhaven Best, Belhaven Black, Peroni, St Mungo, Trade Winds, Ossian, Golden Draught and Guinness.

Much impressed with the refurbishment, friendly service, friendly locals.  Will pop in again.
