Launch of Revamped Tullie Inn, Balloch

We were asked along to the re-launch of the Tullie Inn, Balloch.  We had been to the Tullie, many years ago, pre- blog and only stopped for a cuppa as it was a bit dark and depressing looking, thankfully it is now a lot different.

There is a conservatory area as well as outside area to sit in. The decor is a lot lighter with more feminine touches to make it an approachable and friendly looking place.

Throughout the evening nibbles from their new menu were circulated

The decor has definitely improved.  It appears now to be contemporary Scottish with nods towards the touristy side of Balloch as well as it’s nearness to the city.Tullie_Inn_Stag    Tullie_Inn_Map  Tullie_inn_mural

The staff were friendly, food was good and tempted us to go back (we went back for the Italian Night ourselves review to follow) and we were much impressed with the new image.
