Bite sized snacks
These sweet and Smokey little potatoes are full of flavour. Crispy salty bacon wrapped around a Smokey and sweet coated baked potato. Dip into some garlicky aioli for a mouthful of fun.
Perfect for alongside football, Wimbledon or a movie night.
Ingredients
3 medium cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
500g baby potatoes
14 slices of streaky bacon, sliced in half.
Chopped flat-leaf parsley, for garnish
Aioli
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375F/190C/Gas 5.
Take a rimmed baking sheet and line with aluminium foil.
Mix together, in a bowl, garlic, oil, smoked paprika, brown sugar, dry mustard, and salt. Add the baby potatoes.
Mix the potatoes around in the mixture until the potatoes are fully coated.
Take a potato and wrap a strip of streaky bacon around it.
Place onto the baking tray.
Continue with the rest of the potatoes.
Bake until the potatoes are tender – this sound take about 50-60 minutes.
Serve warm with aioli on the side for dipping.
Garnish with parsley if required.
