Fruity spiced pear vodka from Esker

Esker Spririts are known for their gins, but did you know that they also have flavoured vodkas.  Husband and wife team, Steven and Lynne Duthie have a range of vodkas with delicious flavours such as Scottish raspberry, Orange and pomegranate. and spiced pear.

This is a smooth vodka distilled with birch sap in a traditional copper still and blended with pure Scottish water, then macerated with sweet pears and spices.

The spiced pear vodka is smooth and just like taking a mouthful of a spiced pear pie.  Serve it simple with some soda and a slice of pear or try this Spiced Pear Vodka sour for something a little more decadent.
