Easy and simple corn ribs recipe

You don’t need a BBQ or it to be summer to enjoy these quick and easy corn ribs.  Grab your corn , a sharp knife and your spices and in no time at all you’ll have a tasty snack (and it’s vegan as well!)

We love corn ribs here as they are a lot easier to eat compared to a traditional cobs and we think that the spices get into the little corn nibs better as well.

Quick and Easy Air Fryer Corn Ribs Recipe

Ingredients

2 corns on the cob
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp oregano

Add some grated Parmesan cheese for a non vegan pimp yo corn

Instructions

Using a sharp knife and a stable surface, cut your corn into ribs.

Place the corn ribs onto a baking tray lined with parchment.

Drizzle the olive oil, coriander, paprika, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper. Use your hands to massage the spices into the corn.

Bake until the corn ribs are fully cooked, approx 10 mins at 200C.
