Bella Fresca, 2093 Paisley Road West, Cardonald, Glasgow

Ventured into this Italian mainly for a cuppa to refresh our weary bodies but we were dazzled by the price of the menu and decided to have a little more.

The menu ranges from breakfasts, soup, baked potatoes, pasta, pizza, calzone, panninis and the price, enough to have a banquet! Pastas are around the £5 mark and came in huge bowls as did the filling soup. The peroni beer was only £1.95 a bottle too, a bargain!

The group had two beers, tea, milkshake, minestrone soup, pannini, antipasta for four (£4.95!!) and a caramel cake sundae all for around £22.

The only downside was the service, it was slow, we had to catch the waitresses eye to get any part of the service
Open: 8am-6pm Mon to Sat & 10am-4pm Sun

  5. Parmesan is not a Vegitarian option!!
why is this in every V option your menu?
I suggest a little research on your part,
your restaurant has no Vegitarian options!

    1. I happen to be vegetarian and very impressed with the huge variety of dishes on the menu to choose from.. Yes, parmesan cheese contains rennet, so a true vegetarian wouldn’t sprinkle it on their pasta. However, i’m sure if you asked a member of staff, they would be more than happy to offer an alternative cheese from the wide range they stock in the deli. Hope this helps. It’s one of the best authentic italian places to eat in Glasgow, offering great food, using good quality ingredients!
