>Is your local deli the best in the Glasgow?
Calling all Glaswegians to support their local farm shop or deli by voting for them as the best in Glasgow

The BBC Good Food Show team are on the hunt for the best deli in Glasgow, following a successful launch for the scheme in Birmingham earlier in 2013. The winner will receive a stand at the BBC Good Food Show Scotland which runs at the SECC, Glasgow from 18 – 20 October to publicize their business to thousands of food loving visitors.

Katy Truss, Founder Fabulous Food Finds, and judge of Glasgows Best Deli, says “This is such an exciting opportunity for the delis and farmshops in Glasgow. Scotland has such an amazing larder and the small producer scene is really booming, and we can’t wait to get out into the streets and see what Glasgow has to offer. It’s bound to be delicious!”

Farm shops and delis can be nominated by their customers and fans. Alternatively they can nominate themselves. Judges will be looking for the following:

Range of international and local produce
Quality of produce
Knowledge of providence of produce
Customer service
