BIRCH Vodka is a smooth drink with its star ingredient being Scottish birch sap . Birch sap is a luxuriously light and silky natural ingredient, which is harvested annually each spring from trees within one of Buck & Birch’s partner community forests in Scotland.
This sap is married with pure spirit, then infused with a tincture of birch botanicals, giving the vodka its delicate yet distinctive botanical flavour. A preserved wild Birch twig is the final addition, adding a touch of woodland seasoning and a visual reminder of the tree.

A subtle sweet taste with hints of green apple, fennel and wood spice. It gives a smooth and silky mouthfeel.
Birch and Tonic Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
50ml Birch botanical spirit
100ml light tonic
Sliced apple
Mint
Method
Build the ingredients over ice in a tall glass and fill with tonic.
Garnish with slices of apple and a sprig of mint.
