Another Glasgow restaurant closes its doors this week

This week had already seen Michelin-recommended restaurant Monadh Kitchen in Bearsden close after six years, citing the cost of living crisis and covid pressures as the reasons for closing with immediate effect. In 2001, Brian returned to Scotland and opened Brian Maule at Chardon d’Or.

Sad to see these fine restaurants closing. Unfortunately, I don’t think it will be the last of the closures.
