Stepping off the sleeper train at 7am I really wanted a proper mug of tea. A mug of tea alongside a proper English breakfast. Searching for a recommended cheap breakfast near to Euston Station brought up Double Six Cafe. So along I toddled.

A wide menu, which worries me when I see it. Will it all be cheap crap straight out the freezer?
What to say, chips barely introduced to the fryer, cheap sausage and bacon… a poor breakfast. The tea was good tho.
Verdict
Meh, The tea was OK and did the job, however…..barely cooked chips which looked as if they were introduced to the oil in the fryer and then whisked away.
Service was friendly.
Stay hungry and venture to somewhere with a better menu and tastier food such as Peterborough Cafe,
