Following its sell-out success last autumn, Chef Rohan will once again be taking guests on a culinary journey from Indonesia to Malaysia with a menu designed to embrace and celebrate the tantalising essence of South-East Asian cuisine.
The 2025 pop-up series will kick off from Friday 14th February until Saturday 26th April.
Be guided through the sights, scents and sounds of Eastern Asia with an expertly crafted five-course set menu inspired by Rohan’s heritage. Experience a fusion of flavours with standout dishes including Kafir lime chicken with satay sauce; a delicately spiced Vegetable Manchow soup; and Catch of the day with lemongrass tiger prawns, served within a Thai red broth with jasmine rice.
There will also be a curated vegan menu, which includes Crispy cauliflower in a black bean and chilli sauce; and Sambar and ‘Tadka’ tomato stew with green lentil dumplings; along with an Alphonso Mango Kulfi to finish.
Set to the backdrop of the stunning loch, expect a captivating evening with the best of Scottish hospitality, with select dates available from 14th February to 26th April.
