Not wanting to eat a whole Easter Egg this year, I decided to go back to basics and make some little easter egg nests. Chocolate without too much guilt.
You will need:-
Two Shredded wheat (the big uns)
One packet of mini eggs
two packets of chocolate buttons (or other chocolate you like)

Melt the chocolate in a small bowl placed over a pan of barely simmering water.

Add crushed shredded wheat to the chocolate.
Mix together until fully coated.
Place a couple of tea spoon fulls in each cupcake case.
Spread around to kind of resemble a nest.
Add choc eggs!
