Ingredients:
1 Heaped tbsp of coconut Syrup to make first layer
1 shot of Malibu Rum
150 ml Coconut Milk
Method
Fill Glass with coconut syrup
Add Malibu Rum
Slowly pour in coconut milk to fill glass
Pour in a shot of espresso
