Emma Pinkster Gin Martini
You really think you know the Martini? Not if you haven’t tried this. Delicious with the flavour of elderflower for a unique
martini that tastes as pretty as it looks.
Pinktini
50ml Pinkster Gin
10ml Elderflower cordial
Fill shaker with ice, throw in several raspberries and then add five parts pinkster to one part cordial, shake and pour into an ice-cold glass.
Garnish with a raspberry and a sprig of mint.
