Cookbook from Chef Stuart Ralston

Chef patron of Top 100 National Restaurant, Aizle; Michelin-bib awarded Noto and exciting newcomer, tipo, Stuart Ralston is set to release “Ideas and Random Thoughts”

Stuart’s cookbook traces his evolution as a chef and brings together food that inspires him from the finely crafted dishes that he creates in his restaurants to the food he likes to cook at home. From Buttermilk Fried Chicken, Waffles, and Honey Butter in the New York chapter to a signature Cured Trout Ponzo, Cucumber and Kohlrabi in Noto. The pages traverse Stuart’s career to date. There’s also a unique Rhubarb and Custard from the Aizle section and in the Casual chapter a simply delicious Tomato Salad he loves to prepare at home.

Stuart says, “this has been an exciting journey for me to see my worn notebook made into a smart bound cookbook.  There are so many varied cooking styles to what I cook in my restaurants and the food I create at home so it’s great to see them come together.  I hope the book gives readers the inspiration to try something new each time they open it”.

Stuart Ralston: Catalogued Ideas and Random Thoughts – a Cookbook will be available for pre-sales now from www.kitchenpress.co.uk and also  https://aizlenotoathome.myshopify.com/. The cookbook will then be available from bookshops nationwide at £35 by Kitchen Press.
