We were invited along to The Clydeside Distillery to check out their latest tour offering. With the Whisky Creator Tour you can create your very own bottle of Clydeside single malt.
The tour starts off with the dockside story which gives an insight into Glasgow and the whisky trade. Then you move onto finding out more about the company behind The Clydeside Distillery. After this there is a tour of the distillery itself and then onto tasting.
Take a seat and taste four different single casks of Clydeside single malt that have been specially selected from their warehouse.
Then you to decide your unique mix of those four single malts, creating your own 200ml bottle of Clydeside whisky to take home.
On our tour we tasted first-fill bourbon, sherry, dechar-rechar and peated.
