Emma Bellfield Brewery first in the UK to trial new gluten-free barley
Edinburgh microbrewery Bellfield Brewery will be the first brewery in the UK to run brewing trails with a new, gluten-free barley from Australia.
Brewer and Brewery Manager, Kieran Middleton, commented on the new grain’s potential, “We’re hoping that Kebari™ barley may allow us to brew a wider range of beer styles that everyone – whether coeliac or not – can enjoy.”
