Fringe venue, bar, kitchen, hangout

House of Oz in Edinburgh celebrates Australian creativity, including the culinary arts. Food is served in the outback, a chilled space perfect for food and relaxation.

The menus are created by Sydney chef David Lee and served every day in the stunning garden. You can also buy flat whites and lamingtons from coffee partner Daisy Green.

Drinks Outback have an Aussie feel with Aussie brand beers, wines, spirits and cocktails starring alongside a bespoke low-miles House of Oz IPA, brewed especially for the venue by Freedom in Staffordhire, using citrussy Australian hops.

The line-up of Australian tipples also includes Mr. Black coffee liqueur and Starward whisky as well as slushies and regional wines.
