Glasgow welcomes the return of Chez Mal

Last night all eyes were on Malmaison as they celebrated the arrival of the Chez Mal Brasserie at Malmaison Glasgow.

Head chef, John Burns joined with General Manager Graham Chalmers to start the party night.  John has 12 year’s service with Malmaison, working his way up from Commis Chef in Glasgow, having a stint in every Scottish Malmaison along the way!

So what does Glasgow Malmaison have to offer? Various menus including A La Carte, Prix Fixe – 2 courses £19.95, 3 courses £24.95 and Sunday Brunch – £19.95 with a choice of superb main courses including traditional roasts.

Chez Mal glasgow Malmaison brasserieIf you are looking for something a bit more special then look behind the Mal Bar and you’ll find three private dining rooms.  which are the perfect setting for a family get-together, a special meal with friends or a celebration.

It doesn’t have to be a full meal, from Wednesday to Friday it’s TMI with £5 cocktails and music to help you towards the weekend!
