Clarkston food and drink festival Clarkston’s First Food & Drink Festival

Clarkston’s first food & drink festival kicks off on Saturday 27 August with over 30 events such as cookery demonstrations, competitions and special menus throughout the week.
Sat 27 August
Clarkston Chiropractic host a bake sale. All proceeds to Age Concern and the Prince & Princess Wales Hospice

Wed 31 August
Chef Jacqueline O’Donnell, visits Living for Style.

Fri 2 September
Eat Deli are hosting a special Spanish tapas & wine night.

Sun 28 & Mon 29 Aug
Fairy Fudge Mother Joyce from The Wee Fudge Co visits the Overlee to talk about all things fudge.

Wed 31 August
The Wee Bistro present a spectacular seafood menu, with 5 courses and wines.

Fri 2 September
Clarkston Library are hosting a ‘Poems, Pies & Pints’ evening. Booking is required for this free event.

Sun 28 August
The Little Art School are hosting a number of introductory art classes for all ages and abilities

Sat 3 September
Adult & Junior classes, with a £150 prize up for grabs in this Bake-Off challenge!

Dandy’s Deli are giving you the opportunity to meet some local producers of some of their most popular treats

I am Emma and with my husband Mark write Foodie Explorers, which is a food and travel website.

I am a member of the Guild of Food Writers and British Guild of Travel Writers.

We have a wide range of judging experience covering products, hotels and have judged, for example, for Great Taste Awards and Scottish Baker of the Year.

Along the way Mark gained WSET Level 2 in Wine and I have WSET Level 2 in Spirits as well as picking up an award with The Scotsman Food and Drink Awards.
