This weekend’s Foodie Festival in Edinburgh launched
Head Chef Brian Grigor of Michelin-starred Number One at The Balmoral joined Foodies Festival, ahead of his demo in the Chefs Theatre, to officially launch this weekend’s festival with his summer inspired icecream flavours (summer berries and smoked salmon & horseradish).
Foodies Festival has once again increased the size of its Inverleith Park festival, making way for more award-winning producers, street food from around the world, food & drink masterclasses and foodie fun.
Highlights of this year’s festival include Scotland’s Michelin-star and top chefs cooking in the Chefs Theatre, a Vintage Tea Tent, Artisan Producers Market, Giant Pimm’s Teapot and Rum Bus, Street Food Avenue, Cake & Bake Theatre, Kids Cookery School and a Live Music Stage.
