The menu which is £29.95 starts with a choice of fruit platter or crayfish & lobster cocktail, then move onto a choice of crab benedict, mouthwatering fried chicken waffles drizzled with maple syrup or eggs florentine. Conclude on a sweet note with a cup of tea or coffee and homemade beignets.
For those seeking full indulgence, the comprehensive package is priced at £39.95 and includes a welcome cocktail alongside 3 drink tokens.
There will be a complimentary shuttle service available from Edinburgh departing at 12pm.
