On Wednesday 6th November 2024, Gabriele Del Carlo, Director of Sommellerie, will host a special evening of exceptional Krug Champagnes at the Michelin-starred restaurant Il Carpaccio.

To mark the occasion, Chefs Oliver Piras and Alessandra Del Favero have created a bespoke menu to create the perfect match between the dishes and Champagne.

Over the course of the evening, you will have the opportunity to taste 5 dishes accompanied by 5 Champagnes :

Appetizer – Krug Grande Cuvée 172nd edition

Scallops, salsa verde and kale – Krug Vintage 2011

Risotto saffron, citrus fruits and smoked onion demi-glace – Krug Vintage 2000

Orecchia di elefante Milanese style – Krug Grande Cuvée 167th Edition

Citrus fruit and raspberry nage, herb sorbet – Krug Rosé 28th Edition
