Spooky Halloween Cocktail from Sobieski Vodka

Following on from sharing the other cocktail from Sobieski Vodka, Bloody Murder, here is ‘Let’s turn on the juice’ using ingredients which are easy to find in most supermarkets.

‘Let’s Turn On The Juice’

Ingredients

35ml Black Liquorice-infused Sobieski Vodka (made with soft liquorice sweets such as Henry Goode’s)

30ml Coffee Liqueur

10ml Blackcurrant Cordial

50ml Double Cream

Cinnamon to garnish

Firstly make your black vodka. Infuse vodka with black liquorice sweets for a day or two before your party, mixing from time to time. Add one serve of vodka to a tumbler, stir in the coffee liqueur and blackcurrant cordial and mix well. Carefully layer over lightly whipped double cream and sprinkle with cinnamon.
