We are big fans of Nucoco chocolate (previous post here) and it’s great to hear that you can now buy their chocolates online.
Chocolate Making Classes
Nucoco also hold two hour chocolate making classes, where each attendee makes their own chocolate bar to take away with them. You also learn to how to temper chocolate correctly, a brief ‘bean to bar’ explanation, short video, and study of: a real cocoa pod, cocoa beans, cocoa nibs, cocoa butter as well as sampling many of their delish chocolate.
