What? To celebrate its steam-cooking appliances, Miele is launching Scotland’s first calorie-neutral restaurant.

Totally free to dine and open for two days only in Glasgow, Steam, will ensure diners offset their calorie footprint!

How? As well as enjoying delicious steamed dishes created by award-winning chef Jacqueline O’Donnell, guests will be able to explore unusual and enjoyable ways to burn calories, without compromising on taste.

When? Tuesday 21st October 2014 & Wednesday 22nd October 2014

 

Sitting times:

Tuesday 21st Oct: 18.30

Wednesday 22nd Oct: 12.30

NB you must be available to attend the entire dining sitting to achieve the true calorie neutral effect

 

Where? The Sisters Kelvingrove  G3 7RW

 

 Edinburgh

 

When; Thursday 23rd October – two sittings – 12.30pm for lunch and 18.30pm for dinner.

Where; Gayfield Creative SpacesEdinburgh EH1 3NT.

Hello!

I am Emma and with my husband Mark write Foodie Explorers, which is a food and travel website.

I am a member of the Guild of Food Writers and British Guild of Travel Writers.

We have a wide range of judging experience covering products, hotels and have judged, for example, for Great Taste Awards and Scottish Baker of the Year.

Along the way Mark gained WSET Level 2 in Wine and I have WSET Level 2 in Spirits as well as picking up an award with The Scotsman Food and Drink Awards.
