Our verdict
I cooked them partly in the air fryer and finished them off on the hob in a pan to get that crispy outside. Served on a metro roll with some garlic mayo and salad.
These burgers kept their shape and didn’t crumble or appear to lose any size whilst being cooked. The texture was firm and moist. The taste was more like chorizo, the feta and chicken flavour being overpowered by the red pepper. We enjoyed them, but they weren’t as chicken-tasting as expected. We could see these working well as a lighter lunch option, or quick midweek meal.
