I have discovered Matcha Green Tea! well how to use it without it tasting bitter.
Recipe: Matcha Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 1 tablespoon of Matcha Green Tea
- 1 peach
- 200 ml milk
- Grated ginger to taste
Instructions
- Add everything to a blender, blend!
