Decadent cheesecake for a peanut butter fan

They say the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach. It certainly is with Mr Foodie who not only loves his grub but is a humongous cheesecake fan.  This is an easy to make treat for Valentine’s Day, birthday or any special occasion.  Oreos, Reese’s Peanut butter and lots of flavour.

No bake reeses peanut butter cheesecake recipe

Crust:
24 Oreo Cookies
70 grams melted Butter

Filling:
680 grams softened Cream Cheese
1 packet of dream topping, made up.
1 tsp Vanilla
190 grams Icing Sugar
1 jar Reese’s Peanut Butter
30 Reese’s Miniatures cut in quarters

Crush Oreos in food processor.
Add melted butter.
Press mixture into bottom of a springform tin.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm.
Beat together cream cheese, icing sugar, vanilla and peanut butter until well mixed.
Fold in Dream Topping until blended.
Fold in half of frozen Reese’s.
Add mixture into pan and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm.
Remove from springform pan and top with remaining Reese’s.
Drizzle with chocolate syrup for extra decadence.
