  1. I would like to make this recipe but I need a little help. In US we have ground beef which in Uk is ground mince, but how does mince differ from beef sausage meat?
    Hoping you can clarify.

      Hello Anne, Thanks for your message. Mince differs in that it is unseasoned and not flavoured with anything. Sausage meat is finely minced ground meat usually with breadcrumbs, seasoning and herbs. I think the nearest in the US is breakfast sausage meat. Hope this helps x
