50ml Whitley Neill rhubarb & ginger gin
25ml Brockman’s Orange Kiss gin
50ml fresh rhubarb juice
25ml home-made elderflower syrup
Fresh ginger
Fresh mint
Dash of angostura bitters
Aquafaba
Topped up with Champagne
