10. Visit the Hammermühle

Sitting beside the river Spree you will find theHammermühle, the last standing water mill in Bautzen that dates back to the 15th century.  Today the mill is managed by the 6th generation of the family and still fully functioning, serving as a grinding mill, oil mill and mustard mill.
