Aikens’s current restaurants include Michelin-starred London restaurant Muse, which opened in January 2020, and three hotel eateries in Abu Dhabi.
Alongside Tom, the market will feature Shellseekers Fish & Game, Turnips and Spice Mountain, all of whom have been selected for their shared passion for seasonal ingredients and perseverance for unparalleled flavour.
