Tonight sees the Glasgow launch of the 22nd edition of The List Eating and Drinking Guide. Last night Edinburgh had a shindig in the Scottish Cafe and Restaurant in the National Gallery of Scotland.

With a hitlist of places to visit as well as highlighting the top picks around, the guide is a must have (we still have our old copies here!)

Aizle and Cannonball both won Newcomer awards at The List Awards. In Glasgow, Newcomer awards went to Ox and Finch and Hutchesons.

Monir Mohammed, owner of the Mother India restaurants, was given a special award due to his ‘innovative home-style cooking and familial attitude to food has set a standard for Indian dining in Scotland that is yet to be surpassed’.

You can order it online for £3.95 +P&P or pick it up in shops.
