Coriander & Mint: A bold, sharp, herbaceous sauce with a slight tang – vamps up a lamb Sunday roast or gives your favourite midweek meal a pop, the perfect accompaniment to tortillas or couscous.

Mango & Chill: Combining the luscious sweetness of alphonso mango with a hint of chilli. Use as a glaze for grilled veggies or seafood or
serve alongside your favourite spring rolls, dipping generously.

Tamarind: Tony’s personal favourite, with a nostalgic, comforting zing, this exotic flavour is slightly spicy and  moreish. A great alternative to BBQ sauce and the ultimate dip for dunking wings – it’s a must for your kitchen cupboard.

The collection pays tribute to Singh’s years as a top chef, his extensive travels, and his cherished childhood memories of home-cooked meals.

Tony said: “I make these sauces up almost every day for myself and my family so I thought – wouldn’t it be great to share them with the rest of the world? I’ve drawn inspiration from my global culinary travels and went right back to my childhood too, and tried to make sure the sauces incorporate the heart-warming flavours of those tasty dishes I had growing up. These sauces aren’t just condiments; they are zingy, punchy and can be used for dipping, drizzling, or even marinating, allowing
you to savour the flavours of the Punjab. They’re all so versatile and the most important thing is – they taste incredible too. I hope everyone loves them as much as I do!”
