Could this be London’s smallest Police station?
The centre of London, on Trafalgar Square, isn’t the first place you would think of that would have London’s smallest police station. Trafalgar Square has been the centre of protests, riots and celebrations for many years so a police station here makes sense. But one so small?
Seemingly this little police station had a direct line to Scotland Yard to keep the top brass up-to-date on what was going on. If there was any trouble the light at the top would flash. Although technically not a “police station” it was still used by police to monitor the comings and going around Trafalgar Square.
