Emma One of the highlights of the hospitality trade calendar took place recently in Glasgow. Hosted by Kevin Bridges, the SLTN Awards seek to recognise Scotland’s top restaurants, bars, hotels as well as their staff.
One of our favourite restaurants, Two Fat Ladies at The Buttery, was honoured with winning the Restaurant of the Year (Fine Dining) category. An excellent achievement and even more so when competing against venues throughout the whole of Scotland. Check out a review of one of our visits here.
The night consisted of the awarding of 23 awards, presented to winners from all over the country. With 2015 being a year of Food and Drink for Scottish tourism, it’s great to see one of our favourites being recognised for their talent and hard work.
