Cocktail Recipe: Valentine’s Rose Martini Gin Cocktail

Rose martini gin cocktail Fentimans rose Lemonade The Botanist Gin

Get romantic with this The Botanist Gin rose martini cocktail

Adding some Fentimans Rose Lemonade to The Botanist Gin Martini is a simple but super sophisticated touch. Instead of just Botanist Gin and dry vermouth add some Fentimans Rose Lemonade to the mix to make this light and floral cocktail.

The average Martini can be strong, but the Fentimans Rose Lemonade makes this a lighter and less boozy tasting cocktail.

I think this cocktail would be perfect not only for Valentine’s Day but also nights in with the girls or sitting outside in summer…whenever that is!

Cheers! 🍸

Ingredients

(Makes one cocktail)

50ml The Botanist Gin
25ml dry vermouth
Top up glass with Fentimans Rose Lemonade (1/4 of a bottle)
Rose petal for garnish

*in our case we used large martini glasses with 125ml Fentimans Rose Lemonade (1/4 of a bottle) but if you only have smaller glasses then it will be a bit boozier!

Method

Pour the Botanist Gin and dry vermouth into a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes.
Shake well.
Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Top up a glass with Fentimans Rose Lemonade.
Garnish with a rose petal.
